Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for large orders. Our products are only sold in our own Lush shops, and are not available wholesale.
We need 1-2 working days in order to dispatch your order, should we be taking any longer then that - pop us a mail and we will be sure to investigate this further!
We will gladly accept and recycle your empties at any of Lush stores however we can not refill your containers for you as our Lush kitchens are not based in South Africa.
A an environmentally friendly company we try to do our very best to cut down on single use packaging materials we use, where we can. This includes our gift wrap - we use only recycled materials and paper to hand wrap our pre packed gifts just for you. Unfortunately this means we do not have extra for the wrapping of any individual items, should you wish to create your own gift box. However we do have a sustainable option which is our reusable knot wraps. These recycled and repurposed scarfs provide the perfect gift wrapping to any products you may wish to add.
Absolutely, they are even edible! Our eco flo is made from potato starch which means they can be dissolved in your sink or you can pop them on top of your compost to discard them.

Yes, Simply add this date to your delivery instructions on check out and we will be sure to let our couriers know. However please bear in mind our minimum required days needed for dispatch and delivery.
These things happen and we completely understand. Pop us a mail via [email protected] and we will be sure to update your address accordingly. However please note you do need to let us know before your order is dispatched from us for us to be able to change your address.
Once your order is indicating "dispatched" this means your order has been packed up and is either with out courier company on its way to you, or it is at our Lush stores - ready for collection.
"Pending" means that your order has been recieved along with your payment and we are working hard on packing up your order. We will take 2 working days to pack up and dispatch your order. Hang tight, we are on it!
You will recieve a tracking number for your order if you have selected delivery as your shipping method and only once it has been dispatched. In busy time it might take our delivery compnay a couple of hours to activate your tracking number - don't worry it should refelect after a couple of hours. If once you have entred you tracking number and it indicates "waybill not found" please ensure that you have entred the "O" in the LUSHO and not a 0. Still having not working? Pop us a mail - we will gladly sort this out for you.
Yes! As long as your order is being delivered to address in South Africa, you can place your order from around the globe. We will gladly assist with any long- distance gifts as well.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been placed to let you know that we’ve received it and are ready to start preparing your parcel. Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a second email, with your tracking number, so you know your goodies are on the way.

We ship within South Africa via Dawn Wing Couriers. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time and are unable to send packages to any other countries or destinations.
Yes – just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we can send your gift straight to them. If you select the gift tick box during checkout you can also enter a gift message, which will be sent with your order on a card, and prices will be removed from the invoice.
